One of the best feelings is when you go shopping and find that special item that goes perfectly with something(s) that are already sitting in your closet. For me, the special item was this waterfall dress by Bless'ed are the Meek. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the idea that fall is here in California... it still feels like summer. So, in attempts to transition my wardrobe into its current season, I figured this dress would be the perfect addition. I loved the thought of mixing up neutral brown and black tones for a little boho chic style. Paired with my favorite lace up booties, (you can find similar ones here) the look is complete!

Like every other girl in this world, there is one common clothing factor that most of us all share- we get tired of the "stuff" in our closet. The best though, is when you find that one shirt in the back corner that still has tags on it, and has never been worn. For me, it was this perfect fit, white crisp blouse from Jcrew. When you think of fall, most tend to pinpoint darker, warmer tones like burgundy, forrest green, and burnt orange. Well, prepare to be mind blown- hold me to this, you ARE allowed to wear white after labor day! Yes, you read correctly, you are allowed to rock your favorite pair of white skinny jeans year round. There is something very feminine about mixing light, neutral tones together within the same wardrobe palate. It gives off for a simple, yet sophisticated look. I am constantly looking for fun ways to glam it up, while still being able to strut around town a little more efficiently throughout the course of the day.
